Igor Duspara

Hi, I'm Igor 👋

Human judgement, AI speed, products that ship.

I'm a senior front-end developer at Finanztip, based in Munich. In my spare time I build my own products, like MiniRemote, CupertinoUI and Shadcn Builder.

About me

I've been building for the web since 2006. I started out as a full-stack developer in Croatia, worked for years as an employee at companies like CHECK24, and today I focus on the front end, where design, usability and engineering meet.

I care about the details people feel but rarely notice: pages that load instantly, interfaces that work with a keyboard and a screen reader, and code that the next developer enjoys reading. My background in SEO and marketing helps me build things that are not only well made, but also found and used.

Outside my day job I ship my own products. I like owning the whole journey, from the first prototype and the design to pricing, launch and support.

How I work with AI

AI is part of my daily workflow. It makes me faster, but it doesn't replace judgement, so I'm deliberate about where I use it and where I don't.

  • Agents do the legwork, I make the calls

I use coding agents for scaffolding, refactors, migrations, tests and documentation. Architecture, UX decisions and the final review stay with me.

  • Same quality bar for every line

AI-written code goes through the same gates as mine: strict types, linting, tests, accessibility checks and performance budgets. This site was built that way and scores 100 in Lighthouse.

  • I build products for agents, too

MiniRemote ships an MCP server that lets agents like Claude Code, Codex or Cursor operate a Mac. CupertinoUI is a shadcn registry that AI tools can install components from.

  • From idea to launch, faster

AI is a big reason I can design, build and ship my own products next to a full-time job, from the first prototype to the landing page and docs.
